Seattle - A View

It had this many floors
But first...After Sarahs run we came back to the hostel. Showered. Deposited the multiple paraphernalia given to a participant.....pink cow bell...pink rubber bracelets...flavoured water...pink paper crowns....t shirts....bags etc then set off for a 40 min walk to the Columbia Centre Sky View Observatory found on Columbia and 5th (in that snazzy way Americans describe their city grid locations ☺)

Rather like the City of London at weekends it was deserted. No coffee shops open as no workers to feed. We had a few steep hills that required kid scooter pulling but overall it was a delight to be away from the crowds.

We were shown to the lift of the immaculate office block by a short immaculate suited androgynous aide. Once in the lift we had the...

"Was she...was that...?" (Guy not sure)

'That was a gay girl dressing as a man deliberately' (sure of her view Sarah) response

"Oh ok"

The lift was superquick. We didnt have to tell the kids to ear pop as they were eating tortillas at the time.  At floor 40 we get out and move to another lift.

We stepped out into a quiet library like atmosphere with only a dozen people in it. Paid a polite uniformed man. Stamp on back of hand and wandered in. Its all sealed as so high

Look carefully there is a bloke on top (above)
5000 people work there daily
Seattle is by the G of Range
